Free Cloud Storage
The G4 offers (optional) free 7 day cloud storage. If the G4 is tampered with in any way, the proceeding 6 seconds is automatically uploaded.
Secure Local Storage
Insert an SD card (up to 512GB) for continual 24/7 recording. The SD card is located inside the included Indoor Chime for added security.
Dual Power Options
The G4 Doorbell can be powered by 6 rechargeable AA batteries for up to 4 months between charges. You can also power via low-voltage (with optional battery backup).

Featuring a Full 1080P HD camera and 162° wide-angle lens to make sure you never miss any visitors or important details.
Voice Changer
To protect your privacy, the Aqara G4 can change the sound of your voice in real-time using the Aqara Home app.

Duality.
Aqara G4 can be powered by 6 AA rechargeable batteries for up to 4 months usage between charging. You can also hardwire the power (often using your existing low-voltage doorbell wires) for permanent power and use batteries for backup.

With an IPX3 rating, your Aqara G4 can be installed almost anywhere. It will resist the harsh Australian sun and withstand torrential rain – and everything in-between.
Versatility.
The included Indoor Chime features a loud 95dB speaker and USB-C port for flexible placement. The Chime also works as a signal repeater for the Outdoor Doorbell – enhancing reliability and versatility.
Facial Recognition.
The built-in AI-powered facial recognition will allow you to recognise the faces of your family and regular visitors in the Aqara Home app. You can then choose to trigger individualised alerts or home automations – even if your internet is down. All facial recognition is processed on-board and never sent to the cloud for added security.
Personal.
Facial recognition can trigger unique ringtones and custom messages for both the Indoor Chime and Outdoor Doorbell.
Security.
Face, loitering and tamper alerts are supported for added security. You can choose to receive a push notification to your smartphone(s), sound a loud siren noise or even play a pre-recorded message for any of these events.
Respect.
Using the Aqara Home app, you can “mask” out up to 3 seperate zones to respect the privacy of your neighbours and also avoid false alerts.
Apple Secure Video.
The Aqara G4 is the World’s first (optional) battery powered video doorbell to work with Apple Secure Video.
Best of all, it works natively with Apple HomeKit – which is baked right into your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV.
Alexa & Google.
For Alexa and Google Home users, the Aqara G4 supports local streaming to Nest and Echo smart displays.
